On running the program for the first time, you will be asked for your Tilana Reserve Alternate Access username and password. This is the same username and password that grants access to the Tilana Reserve Web Access at https://www.tilana.com/trweb.

If you do not have a Tilana Reserve Alternate Access username and password, you can use the "Register" form from this screen.

Tilana Reserve will store the username and password, and use it to sign into the data service as necessary. You will not have to explicitly sign in again.
